How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature — Team and Delivery & COD included — with no card required and no limit on operations.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your account becomes read-only: you can still see your history and export your data. Choose a plan to keep adding sales, purchases and more.
Do I need Team to use deliveries?
No. Deliveries and cash on delivery are the E-commerce module, a separate add-on to POSFIELD. Add it only if you need it — with or without Team.
I changed my phone. Do I pay again?
No. Changing a phone or computer never requires a new license. Use your personal devices, and sign out old devices remotely.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. POSFIELD does not charge a percentage of the sales you record in the app.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time — including when your account is read-only.
Which currency are prices in?
All plans are priced in US dollars, the same for everyone. Taxes may apply depending on your country.
Can I get a refund?
Your first paid subscription can be refunded within 14 days of payment, as described in our Refund Policy, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
Who operates POSFIELD?
POSFIELD is a product of Appsfield LLC, which also issues invoices and receipts.
